Unwind in the master bedroom features a king bed with flat screen tv, seating area with coffee bar, plus a nook with two twin beds. The attached bathroom includes a large soaker tub, walk-in shower, plus gorgeous views of the lake. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, nook with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The top floor features a king, a queen, and a full bed in the guest bedroom with an attached bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. FIRST FLOOR
The inviting Living Area welcomes you as you enter Sun N’ Sea Sanctuary, with views of the lakefront patio and beautiful lake views. Comfortable furnishings surround the flat-screen television, a great spot for memories to be made together after a day at the beach. French doors lead to the lakefront patio, perfect for dining by the water with seating for six around the outdoor table, or having morning coffee taking in water views with a smaller cafe table with two chairs next to the lake.

Nearby on the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for making your favorite family meal together at the beach! The kitchen is open to the dining area, which makes enjoying those family meals together a breeze! The dining area has two areas - a table with two benches, and a table with seating for eight with beautiful window views of the lake. There is even additional seating at the two Breakfast Bars and a wet bar complete with a beverage fridge!

Rounding out the first floor is a Guest Bedroom with a King Bed with French doors leading to the lakefront patio, a flat-screen television, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a desk and chair set-up!

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor features the Master Suite with a King Bed, Walk-in closet, and an attached alcove with two twin beds. There is also a private sitting area with a Keurig station and private access to both the front-facing balcony as well as the lakefront balcony. Attached to the Master Suite is the Master Bathroom, complete with a jetted corner tub with lake views, oversized vanity, and large tiled walk-in shower. The second floor also features a Guest Bedroom with a Queen Bed and sitting area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The Guest Bedroom also has access to a private front-facing balcony that overlooks the entrance to the neighborhood.
