This spacious Destin vacation rental is located in Tower A of Harbor Landing. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the expansive balcony, which features panoramic views of Destin Harbor. When you aren't enjoying the Destin beaches, you'll love the Harbor Landing amenities, such as the community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and nearby beach access. From the harbor to the beach, Harbor Landing gives you access to all the nearby water and resort amenities. Come see why Harbor Landing 203A will be the vacation home you come back to for years to come!

This is located on the second floor. Harbor Landing only allows one (1) vehicle to park on the premises and all other vehicles are required to park in the overflow parking lot located next to the property. The Harbor Landing POA has informed us that they are doing routine building maintenance and painting through the end of December 2024. We do not anticipate any interruptions to our guests staying at Harbor Landing.

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The open-concept living area has a large sectional in front of the smart TV. A spacious, fully furnished balcony provides additional space for your family and friends to stretch out and enjoy the view. The dining area has six seats and six additional wooden barstools can be found at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the living room, in the kitchen, you'll find gourmet stainless-steel kitchen appliances, ample quartz countertop space, gorgeous gray cabinets, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need to create memorable meals from the serenity of your vacation home!

The master suite is the perfect sanctuary after a day in the sun and sugary white sands. The master bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and large walk-in closet with several storage shelves. Step through the private entrance to the balcony when you miss that Destin sunshine. And when you’re ready to wash the day away, soak in the jetted tub or enjoy the spacious walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Two sinks and lots of counter space make getting ready a truly enjoyable experience.

The two guest bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and friends.. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet and full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and the second has one full over full custom built bunk bed and one custom built twin over twin bunk bed with an attached full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. An additional half-bathroom is easily accessible to the main living area.

Wonderful property and excellent communication by Compass Resorts
We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was VERY big, very clean with plenty of towels, utensils, etc. Location was very convenient to go to beaches, restaurants, stores, etc. Compass Resorts was really great in overall communication and when we reported for toilet issues they promptly took care of it and did follow-up calls. We will be back again.

Relaxing and Enjoyable
Just what we needed! The view was amazing, and the location was far enough from the busy parts of the bay to keep things quiet.

Family friendly, clean and quiet
Perfect place for a multi-generational family vacay. Clean, great views and pretty easy access to beach. Only wish, which is minor, is that there was access to a beach chair service company.

Lovely Condo!
Lovely condo!We loved the condo! We enjoyed the balcony and view of the harbor every morning and evening. The condo is very spacious and has a pleasant decor. Pool is beautiful and well maintained. Location is perfect. Our only suggestion is better mattresses. Compass kept us well informed. Had all necessary codes to us prior to check in. Parking lot is secure. We hope to return! :)

Great condo!
The condo was perfect. Very clean and great views of the water. The only issue we had was the location of the boat slip. It was too far from the condo- which required a little more planning before we went out in the boat. Overall, a great trip!

Accommodations at the property were as expected and very clean . Will definitely stay there again. Overall we had a great experience with the property only downside was the beach there is not a designated area for Harbor Landing, no chairs or umbrellas provided you have to bring your own we did had some just in case, but since there is nit a designated area we had an issue while walking in the beach with a person who believe he owns the beach and the sea because it seats across from his property so it would be helpful to just have a designated area and avoid guest to have to deal with ugly property owners around the areas other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone that’s looking for a more relaxed atmosphere than a public beach area and the property itself has amazing views."

Perfect Place, especially taking a boat. Stayed here last 3 years and brought the boat for the Emerald Coast Powerboat Poker Run. The Unit is perfect and huge. Its perfect for boating and right across the street from the beach!

This was a beautiful and spacious condo
We stayed here with visitors from Germany for several days. Wonderful to have 4 bathrooms and great balcony. Clean and neat. We had a drip problem with the air conditioner that was being worked on after we arrived. Compass was great about getting in touch about the work being done-who was coming, etc. We went out for dinner and came back finding the air conditioner was not working. I called Kristen who had someone there in half an hour and had it going-then she called to make sure all was OK. Very happy with the staff and electronic check in that you can just drive right to the condo. The grounds and pool are gorgeous-real private resort feel. They have a four foot right away to walk to the beach across the road, but the beach grounds are actually privately own by the hotels and can not rent chairs to anyone who is not a hotel guest. This was not a problem for us. We walked the beaches in the morning and evenings and enjoyed the gorgeous large pool during the day. There is Henderson state park a few miles down the road-you can set up at if you really want to sit or play in the sand. Would definitely rent at Harbor Landing and go to Destin again.
