Silver Shells currently features five condominium towers named after the Virgin Islands with vacation rentals available in the St. Barth, St. Croix, St. Maarten, and St. Lucia buildings, each with varying floor plans and views. The lagoon pool is located in the center of the resort and is an added benefit to the already gorgeous views of the glistening blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A baby pool and hot tub complement the already stunning lagoon pool and waterfall. Chaise loungers, sitting chairs, tables, and umbrellas are available on the pool deck for all Silver Shells guests. Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, one of America’s leading gourmet steakhouses, is on-site in the club building.

Beach Services

Beach attendants offer comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas and water sports rentals are readily available. Parasails, wave runners, sailboats, and kayaks can all be rented right from the beach. All condos rented at Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa through Compass Resorts include two beach chairs and an umbrella each day of your stay at no extra charge from March 1 to October 31. 

St. Kitts at Silver Shells is coming soon! 

St. Kitts will be the sixth and final condominium at Silver Shells resort. It's projected to have 13 stories with three standard floor plans and three penthouse floor plans. Drone Information

Due to proximity to the Destin Executive Airport (the entire property is Area 1 Class D Airspace Permitted on a case-by-case basis - FAA authorization required -- Under Part 107), the HOA is mandating that drones are not allowed to fly over the property without FAA authorization and written approval.
