Destiny by the Sea is a private, gated community located in Central Destin on the Gulf of Mexico. The exclusive coastal resort on Scenic Gulf Drive (formally Scenic Highway 98) has all the amenities necessary for a five-star vacation, including two private beach access boardwalks leading to white sand beaches and emerald green waters.

Destiny by the Sea is located between the upscale areas of Destin and Sandestin. Just a short drive down the road is Silver Sands Factory Stores, the nation’s largest designer outlet center. Grand Boulevard of Sandestin, Baytowne Village, HarborWalk Village, and the Destin Commons are nearby outdoor shopping centers that also provide dining, events, live bands, festivals, fireworks, and more. This is the convenience of being centrally located in Destin.

Destiny by the Sea's community pool is now heated between February 29 to April 4 every year. If the weather is still cold after April 4, the HOA will decide if it is to remain heated for an extended period.
