The Palms of Destin 2301 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

Excellent Location!
Excellent location, overlooking pool! Unit was clean and stocked with anything you'd need in the kitchen!

Great room
Great room, with the exception of the leaky garbage disposal (it was fixed in one day; great service) the room for my family well. I would stay agin.

Great Condo Location & Resort
Overall, condo 2301 was a great place to spend 4 nights in Destin. The location is great with a pool view and quick access to the elevators and main areas. The resort overall has a nice resort pool, restaurant and some sports courts. The parking deck is nice. The condo itself was nicely stocked in the kitchen (only missing a 9X13 casserole dish) and neatly decorated. There were some small wear and tear items (laundry doors come off hinges, bath racks fell down if you touched them, and door knobs on closets were broke), but overall, it was in great shape and provided the comfort and room that we needed for our family of five. We would definitely recommend The Palms and specifically condo 2301 to folks looking for a nice sized condo in a great location in Destin.

I Love this Resort
This is my Third year coming here and I am never disappointed. We always travel with kids but this time we got to experience without kids it was Awsome. We will be back!!

Short but enjoyable
Short but enjoyable Property and location for Destin were great. Our unit was very clean other than a hand towel that clearly someone used to remove makeup at some point with it. Maybe it was washed, but it was definitely stained. The decor was updated and super cute Because I travel often and rent condos on the regular, my only (small) complaints would be that the shower definitely doesn't get hot enough for our family and the luke warm water even ran our quickly. Since the weather was chilly while we were there, it was hard to get cozy and warm after coming inside. Also, because it was chilly, the hot tub was over crowded...but with alot of splashing kids. Not sure why kids aren't restricted to the heated pool? Also, be careful, the cabinet knobs are super cute but the one closest to the dishwasher has metal sticking out that kept getting snagged on my clothes. Even tore a small hole in a tunic of mine. Just a warning. I'm sure a simple tap of a hammer or something could fix that. I know it sounds like complaints, but these were small things (other than the lack of hot water) and the condo and property were lovely. I am one to read reviews and appreciate any details previous guests leave, so I thought I'd do the same.
