Great experience.

Great experience. Staff was great. I did notice that within the resort (not our suite) is staying to need a little tlc, like the doors, the damage in the chandeliers, but overall, a great experience. Security was on point capturing non guests in the pool area. Suggest more screening or prevention from nonguest entance.

Family friendly and enjoyable staff.

The resort offers amenities that allows families to not have to venture away during your stay. Family friendly and enjoyable staff. We stayed an additional night and during the booking process I explained that it was my 11 year old daughters birthday. The next morning at check out my daughter was handed a signed birthday card by all of the staff from the young lady at the front desk from the evening before.

If you're arriving within our front desk hours, simply head to the front desk for check-in. However, if you're checking in after hours, our security team will assist you. We send a detailed SMS notification with further instructions.

Can I obtain a copy of the reservation agreement for my review prior to booking a reservation?

Answer:

All guests are required to sign and return a reservation agreement to Compass Resorts within 72 hours of booking to confirm a valid reservation. Under no circumstances will occupancy of a rental home be granted without a valid signed reservation agreement on file at Compass Resorts. We reserve the right to cancel and release reservations for which a valid signed reservation agreement has not been returned as required.

After you book you will receive an email about your reservation agreement that would be more detailed with your dates, price, etc.
