A Resort For The Whole Family

This resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating, and the condo was easy to find. Our view from the balcony displayed the perfect view of the entire pool area. We will definitely be returning soon. This may have been our favorite family destination.

Another great time at Palms of Destin

We've been here several times and always enjoy the location, pool and amenities. The building and pool seemed better cleaned and maintained than in the past. Staff is always friendly and the unit met our expectations.

Answer:

If you're arriving within our front desk hours, simply head to the front desk for check-in. However, if you're checking in after hours, our security team will assist you. We send a detailed SMS notification with further instructions.

Can I obtain a copy of the reservation agreement for my review prior to booking a reservation?

Answer:

All guests are required to sign and return a reservation agreement to Compass Resorts within 72 hours of booking to confirm a valid reservation. Under no circumstances will occupancy of a rental home be granted without a valid signed reservation agreement on file at Compass Resorts. We reserve the right to cancel and release reservations for which a valid signed reservation agreement has not been returned as required.

After you book you will receive an email about your reservation agreement that would be more detailed with your dates, price, etc.
