This modern condominium is upgraded and has the advantage of having the most beautiful views in this part of the beach community. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is a Destin vacation delight! Sterling Shores Resort has a huge, lush, pristine resort complex with private beach access and from your balcony, you will be able to see the entire area to include the community lagoon pool, the BBQ and picnic area, as well as the oasis pool right on the beach, and the sparkling Emerald Coast beyond.

This private condo is located on the fourth floor. This condo also includes 4 personal backpack beach chairs!

The Sterling Shores Association is completing a weatherproofing project on the exterior of the building. Substantial completion of the project, including full unit and balcony access, is scheduled for the end of February 2026. Contractors will still be present onsite to complete remaining items; however, guests should experience minimal impact and no significant noise. The project is expected to be fully completed no later than the first week of April 2026, weather dependent. Adjacent to the living room are the dining room and breakfast bar which are spacious and provide a great place to gather for home-made creations should you choose to dine in. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and is stocked with all that is needed to prepare for those memorable moments spent with family and friends. The laundry closet is conveniently located in the main hallway just off the kitchen.

The master suite offers a main master bedroom, a private master bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and access to the spacious balcony. The master bedroom boasts solid wood furniture, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and spectacular views! The master bathroom is tiled and contains a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combination.
