This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the eighth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Maarten 805 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation!

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 805 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy seaside theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Amazing!

We just stayed here with a family of 5. Two adults and 3 little kids age 7-2. The unit is so nice and the location is amazing. The whole Silver Shells property is amazing and super clean. The unit is so big. Like way more space than we needed with a family of 5. But the views from the balcony are second to none. The pool is heated which was great for our Lyon g kids. Access to the beach is super easy and you get two chairs and umbrella for every day which is super nice and the whole beach staff was amazing. The place is close to so many local attractions. We will definitely be coming back and booking again. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The check in process was super easy. Compass did a great job as we checked in “after hours” and it was super easy. Pro tip with this unit….you don’t need to buy ICE, as they have a like professional ice maker just left of the fridge. But the place was beautiful and we had Ana amazing time. Can’t wait to come back. As someone who reads these reviews but barely leaves their own, trust me this place is awesome. Plus your elevator goes right to your unit. No walking down hallways to get to elevator!! Super cool. Oh and they like clean the beach every day so it’s just perfect. Don’t think twice! Book this unit!! We certainly are going to again!

Lovely Condo & Great Location

My family of four (with two small children included) loved staying here. Everything was clean when we arrived. The air was at 74 which was very hot for us so immediately turned that down and it took I'd say until the middle of the night for it to get cool, and once it did we had no problems. The beds are comfortable and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit - great for kiddos! However, I do think they could be updated. The St. Marteen building is great and so close to everything we wanted - pool & beach. The private elevator is wonderful. I would like to be able to lock that door to the elevator foyer as they are double doors and only a lock one of the doors. Once we arrived, we noticed they had a packnplay and a cooler already there. That would of been great to know beforehand... We used coastal crib connection and they were wonderful, too. Overall, I would come back again. There were some roaches on the balcony patio the first night we were there, but I got some bug spray and never saw any again. The inside was very clean and never saw any bugs; alive or dead and we were up sometimes in the middle of the night tending to little kiddos. I will also add the pictures are a little dated as the lay out of the living room is different now - circular wooden coffee table in the middle and couches moved around a bit. I liked the new layout much better! Also, thought they could clean the stool in the master bath room and get an updated, bigger shower head. There are two LARGE refrigerators and one ice machine in the unit. Having Walmart deliver groceries and alcohol was amazing! Loved St. Marteen Unit 805. Dealt with compass several times to add a cabana rental and inquire about an extra day of stay due to delayed flight and they were great to work with. The beach chairs that are included w/ set up on the beach was great, too.
