This beautiful third-floor condominium has a lengthy Gulf-front Balcony overlooking the resort’s Lagoon Pool, lush grounds, and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a private entrance to the balcony from the master bedroom. The guest bedrooms both have private access to the north-facing balcony which overlooks resort grounds on the Northside of the building. The living rooms and all bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

This is located on the third floor.

The open-concept living area of Silver Shells St. Maarten 304 includes a Living Room with plush, comfortable furnishings for all. The adjacent dining area and breakfast bar are equipped to seat your entire party, and there is room on the balcony for dining as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware and cookware, and the laundry closet is in the main hallway behind the kitchen.

The master suite contains a king bed in the main bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with copious amounts of space to boast a double vanity, jetted tub, and tiled walk-in shower with a bench seat. The first guest bedroom contains a king bed. It is right next to the main guest bathroom which has a vanity and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and has a large closet. This bedroom hosts a private bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combination.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Gorgeous condo! Newly remodeled!

I love this condo. Stayed there with others in September 2024. It's newly remodeled and everything is just beautiful. Easy garage parking and the elevator opens into the living room with a massive view of the ocean. Simply magical! Strongly recommend! 5 Stars +++

Issues Resolved Immediately!

We had some issues with the ice maker and the dishwasher was leaking. I called maintenance and the problems were resolved immediately.

The Best Condo in Destin

I stayed with friends in this condo. Having stayed in other condos and hotels in Destin, this condo is clearly superior. Clean, big, luxurious, new furniture and fixtures. It's the best.

Overall my experience was above average, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. But what I appreciated the most was the kind demeanor of the staff that I encountered during my stay. I will definitely book directly through Compass resorts the next time I book and avoid the VRBO charge

Nice condo

Condo was awesome, the sand bar was awesome. The chair situation was not so great. We were set up behind a group of 18 on the beach and with all the umbrellas you can't see the water. Other than that it was a great vacation

Great stay!

This condo was impressive, plenty of space, new furniture in living room, and great views of the beach. The semi private elevator is a plus with not having to wait long and going directly to underground parking space. Overall great unit! Only two things for the owner, leave instructions for operating the dishwasher, itâ€™s not the most intuitive. Also, consider darker curtains for the bedrooms. Especially the light coming in the back two bedrooms at night doesnâ€™t leave the room very dark at night.

Yes, there is a Keurig coffee machine along with provided pods. Complimentary beach services provides 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella per unit for each day of your stay, starting on your first full day. Guests have access to the clubhouse, which includes a cardio center, sauna, sports courts and more.
