West 406 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fourth floor, West 406 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 406’s modern features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect Combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.
Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The dining area offers seating for six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a soaker bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private shower with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The third guest bedroom has a full over a full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom, third guest bedroom, and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

What is your cancellation policy? Will you have any construction going on the week of 5/11/24 - 5/18/24?
Answer:
Reservations canceled prior to the final payment due date will result in a full refund, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. Reservations canceled after the final payment is made will result in a refund of 25% of the reservation total, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. One change is permitted to be made to reservations prior to the final payment. All changes to reservations after the final payment are not permitted. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will result in no refunds.
Currently, there is not any scheduled maintenance to be done at the property during those dates. Please note that this could change depending on any items that may arise, necessary maintenance can be scheduled at any point at the HOA and owner’s discretion.
