Silver Beach Towers W1803

We had the best week! The condo was awesome & we had the best view. We definitely will be back. We needed a bigger place to stay this year because we had more people than the place we usually stayed at could accommodate. So this was our 1st stay here. We definitely were not disappointed!

When we arrived at the property, we were amazed with the easy check in process and how clean the property was! The best part about our stay was being able to enjoy the beautiful balcony and the breathtaking views! The property had everything we needed and we will definitely be back again!

We had the best experience ever. The Compass staff is outstanding. The cleanest resort we have stayed. I have been to several. The beach service was great. Keith and Body ran a great beach. Other beaches have issues not Keith. The lifeguards really tried to protect the vacationers. It was me my wife and two sons with their wife's. Lot of great memories.

Amazing Beach TripMy family had an amazing time while at the Compass Resort, Silver Towers! The location was perfect and the unit was absolutely breath taking. Had everything we needed plus more! We loved starting our day sipping coffee on the balcony and ending our days on the balcony enjoying the picturesque view! We will definitely be back next year and the year after that!

So much better than a hotel. 1803W offers a fantastic view and exceeded the photos online (which is rare).

The customer service was fantastic. Everyone from the front desk, reps on the phone and especially the beach service crew went above and beyond and it was a breath of fresh air from other experiences.

It was heavenly, as always. We only book with Silver Beach Towers and directly through Compass Resorts. It was my first time booking it myself; other family members have in the past. My experience was just as wonderful as all of my and my family's experiences. We look forward to seeing y'all again soon. Thanks for another wonderful, unplugged week.

We loved everything about this property: Silver Beach Towers is a perfect location, this unit was wonderful! Clean, great layout, everything we could need in the kitchen, decorated so cute! We will stay again! Love the app too. The 1st morning, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, I went in the app, told them, when we got back to condo an hour or so later, it was fixed. No having to call multiple times, no dealing with maintenance people. Just a few clicks on the app!

This was our second time staying in this condo. The view is like no other!!! The kitchen has everything you may need. Only thing I suggest is plastic cups for the kids and a new trashcan. Trashcan has been broken since the last time we stayed. Other than those 2 tiny things, the place was perfect as always.

This was a very beautiful room with a great view. The 3 bathrooms were nice when everyone was getting ready to go out. The balcony was very spacious and clean. It was wonderful being able to sit and eat breakfast while watching the sun rise. The master bedroom was very large and roomy. The bed was soft and comfortable. The bathtub was large and great. Had a very big closet for all our stuff. The room with the bunk beds was nice. My daughter loved it. The bottom bunk was big enough for grandma. The other bedroom, was nice, had a nice view of the street and airport. The only downside it the bed was hard a rock! It was like laying on the floor it was so hard. My brother-in-law had to go buy a blowup mattress because after night 2 his back hurt so bad he couldn't take it any longer! On to the sitting area. The 1 couch was nice, but the way the area was set up, it was hard to see the TV during the day (it rained 1 day and we didn't want to leave) and the other 2 chairs were hard and in a bad spot. This probably wouldn't have bothered us if we didn't spend time in the condo, but we did. The resort was beautiful and they kept things cleaned and everyone was nice. The red tide was very strong the first few days, so we spent time at the pools. One pool is heated and lovely and the other pool was freezing. But the cold pool would have felt great in the summer, so I will not complain about that. The staff cleaned the pools and tables every day, that was nice to see. All in all it was a great stay. Just the spare bed was very hard to get over. You pay thousands of dollars you would hope you could sleep in the bed you paid for, but it was way to hard for anyone to sleep on.

The condo was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and clean. The rooms were well stocked with linens and kitchen needs. The pools were great. We will definitely be returning next year!

We have enjoyed our stay in W1803 overall. The unit was clean when we arrived and furnished with a good supply of necessities, including a nice washer/dryer set and a number of kitchen utensils, glasses, bowls and plates. We appreciated that the unit was tastefully decorated and not furnished with many items that kids would try to break. In fact, we chose this unit because of its bunk/trundle bed setup in the first bedroom. The appliances are nice as well, and countertops are upgraded. The view from the deck is outstandingly beautiful! Unfortunately, the master bedroom TV did not work on for the first 4 nights of our stay, but it was replaced with a new one while we were there (the problem occurring on a weekend led to delays). Other things that could use a few improvements are the deck furniture is rusting and flaking off (a bit of a hazard for our baby), the lighting is weak in the bathrooms and there was no pizza cutter (a minor inconvenience). The living room area rug could use a deep cleaning or replacement. The vacuum and broom available for renters to tidy up could also use an upgrade, and it would be nice if some swiffer wet pads were available to mop up sand. The water pressure is low in the unit's showers, and the throw rug on the patio needs to be replaced. We enjoyed good service from the resort staff and appreciated the free beach chair setup daily, as well as the pools. The resort could use a few more gas grills; we had to wait a long time to cook our food one evening. Overall, this was a great place to stay for our first trip to Destin. Our family has had a blast.
