Welcome to Silver Beach Towers West 1603, a comfortable three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront condo located on the 16th floor, offering stunning views of the Gulf. This vacation rental features a spacious open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and dishware. Step out onto the furnished beachfront balcony to relax and take in the sea breeze. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. Beautiful!

Beautiful property. Condo was clean and very comfortable with 3 bedroom and 3 baths. Gorgeous view of the Gulf from private balcony. Great spot to see dolphins. Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful property with a great location. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and the Tip Sea Turtle was a fun bonus poolside. Clean & well maintained. Communication with Compass Resorts was top-notch! Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again!

Overall experience with the company was excellent the young ladies at the desk were very courteous, and friendly and explained everything perfectly (kudos to them and they deserve recognition for their exceptional service) about the fobs, bands, and property. Keeping up with the fobs drove me insane considering I was traveling with 4 children but I enjoyed the amenities and the entire property and would recommend to others who do not have as many children traveling with them like I did. Me and my husband are looking into booking a penthouse there for the holidays though. The bed in the main bedroom should be looked at. husband and I kept rolling and sinking into the middle of the bed.

AWESOME VIEW

AWESOME VIEW My family and I visited last month (October 2022). The check-in process was easy. I called several times with questions before we arrived because I have never used Vrbo before. There was always a nice, helpful person available to answer my questions. The view is amazing. It was so quiet and relaxing. I look forward to visiting this same property at the beginning of the year. Thank you for allowing my family the opportunity to enjoy your property. Also, this property is very close to shopping and restaurants, some are in walking distance. For future visitors....You will not be disappointed with this property!!!

Great experience. Beautiful spot. The property was very clean and felt very secure. Lots of space for our family of four. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom. Beach was beautiful. There is a traffic light immediately out front of the entrance so leaving to sightsee was much easier because traffic was heavy at times. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Good rental

Overall this is a good condo to rent. The Compass agent in the office, Jessica was amazing and very friendly. Heres a break down of the pros and cons to the unit. *Pros- -huge balcony with beautiful view -beach service was included ( make sure to reserve on line prior to arrival) -unit was clean -covered parking was great -condo is as described and looks like in pictures -located close to everything in main destin area - rooms are large and private *Cons - -could use some updating with decor and paint -no lounge chair on balcony only table and chairs -beach chairs/umbrellas are VERY close together ( umbrellas touching ) so tight space -curtains could use realignment as it lets morning sun in - at times could hear guests in unit above us

Using compass resort was so easy! It was a no fuss experience from start to finish. We have booked through condo owners and it was a lot more of a hassle. I would use compass resort again versus booking with a private owner. And our place was ready early which was such a nice surprise. We had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay. The check in process was easy. The customer service was amazing. As we were on our way to Destin we received a call from the front desk representative letting us know about the carpet not being able to be cleaned due to a problem with the carpet cleaning machine. We made arrangements for the carpet to get cleaned the next day. About an hour later we received another call letting us know that they were able to get the machine repaired and the carpet was cleaned. I appreciated the calls and updates. The person who called also checked us in. He provided detailed information about our stay. I apologize that I can't remember his name, but his customer service skills really needs to be recognized. The room we stayed in was clean and the view was good. I would definitely stay in the room again!

Excellent choice!

This is a wonderfully well maintained property. There's lots of space in this condo and it has a nice floor plan that can comfortably accommodate at least six people. The beachfront views from the living room and the primary bedroom are fantastic. Access to the unit is also easy from the covered basement garage and elevators. I highly recommend this property and have no complaints!
