Welcome to Silver Beach Towers West 1602, a comfortable and stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo on the 16th floor, offering sweeping views of the Gulf. This spacious Destin retreat features an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large beachfront balcony perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, shared balcony access, and a nearby full bathroom. For added convenience, the condo includes complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and additional sleeping accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests also enjoy access to resort amenities such as beachfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and direct beach access, providing everything needed for the perfect Destin getaway.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Beautiful Condo!
Room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much, the only thing wrong was the microwave vent cover was on top of stove when we arrived , we just set it in the washroom on the shelf , not sure what to do in that situation, figured the previous cleaning crew had told someone it needed to be put back on but no one came while we were there. So its still on the shelf in the washroom . Beautiful condo and would consider staying there again.

The tropical decor adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
What a great place for a getaway with girlfriends or with your spouse! After several trips to this condo I've determined there is no place I'd rather be than on the balcony overlooking the crystal beach with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The condo is very comfortable with all the comforts of home and close shopping for groceries or anything you might need. Wifi is great if you must work and the flat screen TV's all appear new.  This condo is the perfect place to retreat to no matter what time a year I come.

Marie, our daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay here, albeit brief.   Consequently it offers a relaxed and serene atmosphere.  We shall return in Spring or Summer.

Incredible Stay
The condo was perfect. Clean, great location and it had everything we needed. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.To say my stay was incredible is an understatement. This was a gem of a location. First trip to Destin and won't be my last. This condo was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and the staff was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend! We had an amazing stay last month for Spring Break at Silver Beach Towers!!
We had an amazing stay last month for Spring Break at Silver Beach Towers!! We stayed in W1602, which is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with fabulous views! The second bedroom has 2 queen beds which worked well for our 2 teenagers. The condo was clean and very roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were more than enough towels/wash cloths in the bathrooms. You do need to bring your own beach towels, however. The condo looks exactly like the pictures posted on their website, and is literally right on the beach! Compass provides daily Beach Service (umbrella / 2 chairs) if you sign up for it. Booking the condo was super simple, and Compass Resorts promptly responded to any questions I had. Highly recommend Silver Beach Towers!

Very nice condo
We have stayed many times (12+) at Silver Beach Towers. This was our first stay at 1602W. The condo was very clean and had pretty much up to date furnishings. The beds and living room furniture was comfortable. A few minor complaints : The fluorescent ceiling fixtures in the kitchen and laundry room only worked half the time. They would try to light up but sometimes you had to flip the switches on and off several times to get them to work. With new LED technology the owner needs to replace them. Also there is no plastic glasses, plates or bowls in the kitchen. This could be a disaster for families with small children. Anything dropped on the tile floors would shatter. Outside of those few complaints we had a nice stay. The weather didnt cooperate but that is the chance you take in September.

Good morning, we have stayed at Silver Beach Towers at least a dozen times. Got a popup window saying beach chairs no longer are complementary. Is this permanent or meant to be just during Nov. to Mar. ?

Silver Beach Towers no longer offers complimentary beach service, however, beach service is still available between March 1 and October 31 for a fee.
