West 1503 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fifteenth floor, West 1503 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, two hot tubs, and much more. West 1503 is a luxurious vacation home with all the amenities you and your family need to have an unforgettable beach vacation!

The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless-steel French door refrigerator and other full-size stainless-steel appliances. All the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together are also included.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has two double beds, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. Set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
