West 1403 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fourteenth floor, West 1403 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools,
and much more. West 1403 is vacationing on the Emerald Coast at its finest!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of April 22nd, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

West 1403 offers an inviting open-concept living area with the TV positioned on the north wall, giving you plenty of seating for your entire party. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances and has been reconfigured to provide extra counter space. This included a full-range oven, refrigerator, and microwave. All the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together is included as well. With this condo being fully remodeled, it now features brand new flooring throughout the entire condo and shiplap walls in the dining and kitchen area.


The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The newly remodeled master bathroom features a soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination also newly remodeled. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the greater Destin area. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full brand new guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
