Located on the fourteenth floor, this spacious retreat offers sweeping views of the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows and from a furnished balcony that’s perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the sights and sounds of Destin’s emerald waters and sugar-white sand. The inviting open-concept living area provides plenty of seating for gathering with family and friends around the large flat-screen TV. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper for additional accommodations. The dining area seats six, with two more seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to prepare delicious meals together. Coastal touches, new flooring throughout, and shiplap accents in the kitchen and dining area give this condo a fresh, modern feel. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access with breathtaking Gulf views. The primary bathroom has been fully remodeled and features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the north balcony overlooking the Destin area, and a newly updated private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and nearby access to a brand-new bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, this condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
