Our 3rd time staying at this property this year. Everything was absolutely perfect as usual.

We have stayed in this condo several times over the years. We love the way both rooms are separated by the livingroom and have wonderful beach views. There's a large deck to enjoy the views and the gulf breeze. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable and have a good time. There is indoor parking and the bldg entrence and exit are right by a traffic light which is a big help getting in and out across heavy traffic. This is our favorite condo to stay in while in Destin.

We loved this condo for our family stay in Destin, FL! The views from the balcony and rooms were perfect! Everything was clean and there were great accommodations. The condo had basically everything we needed while there. My family would recommend silver beach towers to our family and friends. We loved the heated pool and hot tub too!

Upon our arrival at Silver Beach Towers we were so excited to start our vacation. We had been in contact with the owner’s of W1402 prior to our arrival. Everyone is it seems is a little apprehensive when planning a vacation trip if the pictures of the condo or house etc. really are up to date and match based on what you think you have rented and planned for. All this apprehension left when we arrived and seen that the pictures although good did not capture the true beauty and view’s from the time you entered the condo and discovered the bedrooms shared the same fantastic view’s. It was an exhilarating feeling taking in the view’s while exploring each room with it’s refreshing decor so tastefully done. It was truly a feeling of being home yet with a breath taking view of the emerald coast. The owner’s truly made us feel at home and was genuinely kind and caring in making sure that all aspects of our vacation were enjoyable and relaxing. We are so thankful to the owners and Compass Resorts LLC for managing, maintaining and responding to the guest needs in such a kind and professional manner. We will definitely return to Silver Beach Towers in the near future for another great relaxing vacation. Sincerely The Downings

 The beds are the star of this unit; so comfy! Great view and beautiful decor. We enjoyed our stay very much. Two teenagers enjoyed the hot tub and the beach by themselves while hubby and I chilled in the condo. I recomend wearing an old swimsuit in the hot tub if you will be in it often. The chlorine bleached their suits out really bad, and it will need to be thrown away (from bright blue to a grey blue color ). But the unit owner cant control that. Would recommend this unit (this is our fourth year staying at Silver Beach Towers and these were the best beds, and that's huge for my husband and I).

We just finished a week long stay in the W1402 Condo.  This was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. Decor and views were stunning.   The owner was extremely helpful/pleasant to work with as well.

Free Beach Service!! My wife and I stayed in this condo and another unit in the same building with the same owner for a total of 11 nights. We moved in the middle of our stay because neither unit was available for the entire time we wanted but between the two, it worked. It was a wonderful experience. The unit is great, up to date with all furnishings, appliances, etc. and decorated with light beach theme colors and decor. This property couldn't be in a more convenient location for great restaurants, shopping, etc. and the beaches are wonderful. The owner placed the reservations for the free beach service at the earliest possible date allowed by the the service company so we had the same umbrella/chairs for the entire stay, very close to the center of the row. The owner is the most interactive owner I have every dealt with. He handled getting all arrangements made personally. We had several phone conversations and exchanged a few emails because he wanted to be sure that everything was perfect for our stay. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Beautiful Condo We & our best friends rented this condo & absolutely loved everything about it. The view was phenomenal from every room--We each had king beds overlooking the ocean, (that's not easy to find) the decor was beautiful as well. We loved the location, easy access to everything. The owner was more than helpful, he made arrangements ahead of time so that we got our beach chairs the very same day we arrived, he kept in contact so we knew exactly what to do from the first day onward. We have gone to Destin 4 times & this is by far our favorite condo.

The time was such a pleasant change for us, and we enjoyed everyday in this beautiful condo. The soft blues are so peaceful. Winter couldn't be more pleasant, with the sounds of the Gulf, the sand as white as clean snow and the blues of the water and sky.

 It is so beautifully decorated and clean. Great location to shopping, air cond. elevator, close and easy access to pool and beach. This condo has everything and the owner is aimed to please. The reserved beach chairs were a plus and so was the stop light to enter and exit the property. It is conveniently located to all the great restaurants and attractions in Destin. Security access in and out is great and the reserved parking area is really convenient. Can't say enough about this condo and property.

My wife and myself and another couple had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful condo for 8 days. This was probably one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. The condo's layout with the 2 large bedrooms is perfect for 4 individuals. The furnishings were just right for a place at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for every type of cooking you would want to try. The location in Destin puts you in easy reach of everything. The resort staff was friendly and helpful, taking care of things right away. I hope that I can return one day.

Beautiful condo, to go with a beautiful beach. The facility at Silver Beach Towers were very nice. Pool, hot tub, etc. Complimentary beach chairs are great. I would definitely go back.
