West 106 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. As a ground-floor condo, West 106 offers more space than most two-bedroom rentals and breathtaking views of the resort pool and gulf right from your patio. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, covered parking, a tennis court, and much more. West 106 offers contemporary decor and ample space for the entire family to gather together!
The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. Set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Hello Andy! Silver Beach Towers does not have an onsite gym, but Destin Health and Fitness is about 2 miles away and offers day and week passes.
