West 106 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. As a ground-floor condo, West 106 offers more space than most two-bedroom rentals and breathtaking views of the resort pool and gulf right from your patio. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, covered parking, a tennis court, and much more. West 106 offers contemporary decor and ample space for the entire family to gather together!
Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
This condo is located on the first floor. The pool deck, community grills, and private beach access are accessible directly from the patio.
Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. Set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also a bunk area with two Smart TVs and a twin bunk bed accessible from the master suite, perfect for those traveling with young children.

Hello Andy! Silver Beach Towers does not have an onsite gym, but Destin Health and Fitness is about 2 miles away and offers day and week passes.
