East 806 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the eighth floor, East 806 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 806’s upgraded features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of March 12th, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the large, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. There are two roll-away beds for additional bedding in this room. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
