In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1606 is a perfectly decorated beach home that will keep you returning year after year!

The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. East 1606 is an end condo with extra space inside and out. The condo offers a coastal feel with an inviting, spacious open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for seven with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The set-ups can be reserved at a rate of $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
