We had a very nice stay in this condo, it had everything as advertised & we enjoyed ourselves!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. Sleeping was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. It was close to everything and the pools, tiki bar, and cafe made it even easier to not have to get out during the day! Pelican Beach Resort has everything you need! We also did a day at Crab Island.It is a must see!

Check-in was simple and easy to follow instructions. Kitchen was well equipped and the condo was well equipped with enough stuff to last a week.

I recently stayed at Pelican Beach on the 20th floor (top floor), and the experience was incredible. From the balcony, you can take in breathtaking sunrises over the Gulf, and from the open front-side entryway, you can also watch the sunset — giving you both views in one stay. The scenery of the white sandy beaches, clear emerald waters, and the Destin skyline is unforgettable.The resort itself is very well-kept. There are multiple pools, two hot tubs, a tiki bar, and five elevators that make getting around the building quick and easy. Parking was convenient, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.Our unit had everything we needed and more — extras like sand toys, snorkels, body boards, and games. The kitchen was fully stocked with a blender, toaster oven, full oven and stovetop, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and two types of coffee makers. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus as well.The location is excellent, with Walmart just down the road and tons of restaurants, shopping, and family activities nearby.Overall, my family and I had a fantastic time. The resort is beautiful, convenient, and family-friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice unit. We've stayed at pelican beach resort numerous times, but had been worried about recent reviews regarding check in process through the resort directly. We decided to go with this unit through a third party. Very clean unit, nice side view still (not direct beach facing), and well stocked kitchen w pots, pans, baking sheets etc.

Highly recommend staying at this resort worst part about it is the traffic getting in and out of the building. Everything else is fantastic, amazing views, great staff, clean facility and all the amenities. Would recommend it to everyone.

Whole experience was awesome and made so much easier with the staff at the condo was nice to see they had security when you pulled it and threw out the condo with clean when we came to the room beautiful view great people working there I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a good spot to stay on the beach with beautiful views of the beach in ocean

I really liked that the unit had cleaning supplies (broom, toilet brush, sponge, dish detergent, etc.) so we could keep the unit clean during our stay.

Good location and good condo. Only criticism I’d have is crappy cox cable connection in the 2nd bedroom does not work… 4 year old couldn’t watch any cartoons on the tv in there but really not a big deal. Everything else was just fine! 5 stars, would return and would recommend.

The resort was great - very clean - pools were clean - kids loved the tiki bar - easy beach access - condo was just like the pic - very well stocked kitchen - very clean - only con was bedroom carpets need to be cleaned - over all loved it

Condo stay We loved the condo , it was clean and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. The only thing that we were not happy with was the beach . Even though it’s beautiful and the sand is gorgeous and the water is so clear, if you don’t rent the beach chairs from the company you have to sit all the way back by the trash cans behind 5 rows of unoccupied umbrellas and chairs and beach checks up on you . This was the only negative thing. It really ruins the whole beach experience. Overall we had fun.

Weekend Get away!! Overall we had a great time!! The condo was just as it was listed. The check in process was easy and the room was ready early. The wait staff on the beach was great and convenient. The only negatives were the master bedroom bed tends to roll you to the middle which made it a little uncomfortable. The front door latch needs to be tightened or replaced. We went to the beach early one day pulling the door closed be hind us but it must not have shut all the way because when we returned that night our door was wide open. Everything was still there luckily and we double checked every time we left after that. These were small things and it DID NOT RUIN our weekend and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Exactly what we were looking for!Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental! Everything was exactly as described. It was so nice to be directly on the beach with everything you needed for a perfect day at the beach! Very clean condo with a beautiful ocean view! Would definitely book again!

Great Place!Honestly this was one of the best condo I have stayed in for the last 3 times that I've been to Destin. Very clean and smelling fresh. Check in and check out was supper easy. The pools... amazing. Food... delicious. Loved the place!

Everything was very easy to navigate. The rental property was perfect. I would definitely recommend Compass resorts, as I was referred by a family member who only travels with compass resorts!

Fall Break Fantastic location, clean unit and easy to access. Beach access is very easy and close, would recommend booking chairs very early as that company can be difficult to deal with at times. I would go back again for sure and recommend.

The views from the property were unmatched. The condo was clean as promised. The only complaint I had is that the kitchen appliances and laundry were out dated. These need to be more modern.

Overall the vacation was wonderful. Here is my list of issues with the condo itself:Condo issues:Couch cushions need replaced badMattress in main bedroom is sunk down in the middleAC didn’t work until they sent 2 different people to fix itCoffee maker still had old coffee and grounds in itFound a few bugs in bedroom, dresser drawer and kitchen floorSuggestion: leave some coffee packets and filters for new arrivals or upgrade to a pod style coffee maker

Great Place to Stay Although there was a lot of updating (painting) going on, the condo was great. The property manager called a day before my arrival to let me know that the dryer wasn't drying loads of towels well and that they would provide fresh towels daily. When I didn't respond to the message, they called again after I checked in to relay the same message making sure that I had what I needed. The staff were very friendly and professional, the pool was clean and the beach access was right behind the pool.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this incredible condo on the top floor with a beautiful view of the gulf. It was very comfortable and we highly recommend this penthouse. We will certainly be back and count the days till next year. Thanks for the memories!
