Located off of Scenic Gulf Drive, Maravilla 2205's beach access is just a short trip across Highway 98 where you'll be able to relax at the community's private beach. Maravilla is a family favorite with a two-acre private beach and plenty of green space for the kids in this gated community. You'll thoroughly enjoy the resort amenities, like the community pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, and much more. Maravilla 2205 is the perfect retreat for beach vacationing in sunny Destin, Florida.

There's an expansive private balcony accessible from the living area. You can sit back and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the serenity of your own private balcony. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area with seating for six. Additional seating for three is located at the breakfast bar. Both are comfortably spaced and suited to meet seating needs for all your family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your favorite recipes in the comfort of your own vacation home.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony accessibility, and a full private primary bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and it's just a few steps from the guest bathroom. That bathroom is easily accessible to everyone in the home.
