Sleeping up to eight guests, this home includes a sauna, washer and dryer, and is roughly 1,000 feet from the private beach access. Upon entering the home, an inviting living room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy sectional, and a large flat screen smart TV welcome you. The chef of the group will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar complete with five barstools. A dining table that seats six adjacent to the kitchen ensures that meals can be eaten together. A patio just off the dining area includes a grill and seating to enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather.

Off the dining area guests will find two of the three bedrooms in the main home. The first guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed with flat screen TV and access to the back patio. The other bedroom offers a twin bunk bed with storage for luggage underneath. A hall bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared by the two guest bedrooms. The second floor is an open loft holding the master bedroom with an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Unwind after a day in the sun on a king bed with a flat screen TV or out on the private rooftop balcony.

Escape to the carriage house for additional space and privacy. Guests enter into a living area with a leather loveseat and armchair, smart TV, and kitchenette. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a relaxing sauna just off the living area. Upstairs is an open loft space with a king bed.

FIRST FLOOR:
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your family's favorite meals, flows into the dining area. Seating for five at the breakfast bar and six at the dining room table ensures everyone has a place to sit to enjoy meals together. On the other side of the kitchen, the spacious living area features a large sectional and a smart TV. Just off the living space you'll have access to the back porch with a seating area.

Just off of the dining area, the first Guest Bedroom features a Queen Bed and a flat-screen TV, with access to the back porch. Also on the first floor, the second guest bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed with a suitcase storage compartment underneath. Just steps away from both guest bedrooms is the full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both the dining area and first guest bedroom have doors leading to another back porch where you can find the grill. The dining room access makes getting food from the grill to the dinner table so easy!

SECOND FLOOR:
The Master Bedroom Suite encompasses the second-floor loft of the home. In addition to a King Bed, walk-through closet, and large en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination, this Master Suite has a private rooftop balcony.

CARRIAGE HOUSE:
The private, detached Carriage House makes family getaways a breeze. With a Lofted Bedroom featuring a King Bed, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate living area with a smart TV, leather loveseat, and armchair, plus a kitchenette -- it's a getaway in itself!
