Two separate living room areas give everyone space to soak up the soothing colors and atmosphere. The additional space makes this home ideal for families traveling together. Entering through the second living area, the condo's allure is enhanced by vinyl plank floors. The second living area offers views of Lake Stewart and the Empress community pool. Empress 904’s main living area offers stunning beach views, comfortable seating for the family, and a large smart TV. The couch in the main living area doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, which is perfect for larger parties. The main living area has access to the beachfront portion of the balcony and is perfectly furnished for relaxing and taking in the views. Relax after sunset in front of the large smart TV or share some time with friends and loved ones in front of the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops and all the cookware and dishware you could need for preparing and serving memorable meals while on vacation. Just off the kitchen, you will find the dining area with seating for eight. Not to mention the wet bar complete with a standalone ice maker and fantastic stemware collection!

The master suite has private access to the beachfront balcony and large windows that perfectly capture the unbeatable views. The master bedroom includes a king bed, smart TV, and large closet. Connected to the bedroom, the master bathroom includes a Whirlpool tub, separate walk-in shower, and spacious double vanity. The first guest bedroom sits on the west side of the condo with private access to the beachfront balcony and multiple windows to fully capture the beach view. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers views of the lake and community pool and includes two twin beds and a smart TV. Just outside of the second guest bedroom you will find the third guest bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Great find!
The stay was amazing. The location couldn’t have been better! The condo was clean and as advertised. The only complaint I had about the stay was that the water did shut off a few times because of the sensors but did get turned back on fairly quickly once we called to notify them. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Super spacious condo!
We were thrilled to have 2 living spaces and a pull out sofa for kiddos. Lots of extra decor, going for a Golden Girls feel...lol, but we didn't mind. Could use some more robust cooking utensils and pans and mattresses definitely need an upgrade, but we made it work. Bar with ice maker was super convenient, what a great idea! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING LOCATION
PROS: The location of this property couldn't get any better. There is a wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean from the HUGE balcony, you are literally steps away from the water. I loved that it is a gated community!! We only ran into others in the elevators maybe four times. Major plus! Loved that there were carts available to help bring luggage and groceries up to our unit. The unit is HUGE, way more room than we needed (thought the two living areas would be good for adults and kids, but we ended up only using one). Beds were comfortable enough and bath towels were nice and plush. Had all appliances that we needed. Check-In/Out process was a breeze! CONS (nothing is a deal breaker): As for the location (as wonderful as it is), be aware there is NO lifeguard. I wasn't aware of this beforehand. We had an issue with the water sensor turning off the water in the whole unit three different nights. Always happened around the same time at night (8-9pm) and we had to wait until they called us back to turn it back on. The phone in the unit would randomly ring multiple times in a row and when answered all we heard was static. As for furniture, we do think that the cushions on the balcony furniture would benefit to be replaced. They are very flat and not comfortable (and very faded). The couch is ok, but it is hard and could use to be updated. We could not get the TV in the double twin room to get any channels, but all other TVs worked fine. Again, none of these are a deal breaker."

Location was fabulous
We met family in Miramar Beach for a weeks' vacation. Empress 904 condo was outstanding. Location was fabulous and the place was spacious, beautifully decorated and offered views of the beach and lake (& bay). We stay there again without hesitation!!!

Beautiful views
Beautiful views, nice complexion, and great clean condo!!! It is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great week and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay. Only request would be new cushions on the front balcony.

Great week for us all
Went in Feb. 2014 and took In-Laws. We all loved it. Having the two seperate living rooms with big screens was great. Had some trouble getting the fireplace going but was fixed pronto. View is excellent. Security and clean- excellent. Only two condo's per floor-excellent. Great furniture and bedding. Only one thing it needs is recliners in the Living Rooms for us old timers to doze in while watching TV. We've been at the Empress a number of times and love it better than anywhere we have stayed on the coast. The hot tub is great. Slept with the patio doors open to hear the ocean at night. In laws could not believe how nice it was.

I would recommend this place to anyone!
We spent a week in Aug '14 and just loved this condo. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of room,  5 adults & 2 teenagers. The view from the decks was just  great, we spent most of our time sitting outside. We have already reserved this unit for next year!! We did have problems with the dryer, and didn't get it fixed until Friday before we left on Sat. This was inconvenient but certainly didn't ruin our vist.  Thanks to the owners for such a nice property.

We loved the condo!
It was so spacious and the view was spectacular!! I loved that it was a smaller community. The pool was never crowded and the walk across to the beach was so short! We'll definitely be back,

We only had a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed by Compass associates and also followed up with calls to confirm that these minor issues had been resolved. Absolutely, we've got you covered! There is indeed a regular coffee maker available for your convenience. Plus, if you're planning a movie night, the room with the two twin beds is equipped with a DVD player.

Regarding the water shutting off throughout the day. This condo has HALO sensors for safety measures. If by any chance the sensors detect moisture and trigger the water shut-off, it's a quick fix. Just give us a call, and we'll promptly assist you in getting it back up and running.

As for the chair cushions on the front balcony, they've been recently replaced by the owner, so you can leave yours behind!
