This is a three-story private home. This house also includes 4 personal beach chairs and a wagon!

FIRST FLOOR
The front of the home features two parking spaces. One additional parking space may be available in a nearby overflow lot. An open-concept living area welcomes you to the home, which flows into the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining area off of the kitchen seats eight, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Just beyond the kitchen and dining area is a Guest Bedroom with a King Bed. Steps away is a full bathroom with a shower bath.
SECOND FLOOR
The Master Bedroom Suite is located on the second floor and features a king bed and a private balcony facing the community pool. In addition, the expansive en-suite Master Bathroom boasts two vanities, a jetted garden tub, tiled walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The Master Suite even has a private wet bar complete with a Keurig coffee station, mini fridge, and microwave! Also on the second floor is a Guest Bedroom with a Twin over Twin Bunkbed Set and a Queen Bed and a nearby full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
THIRD FLOOR:
The top floor of Crystal Gold begins with a second Living Area complete with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, additional loveseat and 2 chairs, flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a Keurig coffee station, mini fridge, and microwave. You can also access the third floor balcony with a stunning view of the large community pool from here. A nearby Guest Bedroom features a King Bed, walk-in closet, and double-access bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Another Guest Bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunkbed with an attached Twin Trundle.

Answer:
Reservations canceled prior to the final payment due date will result in a full refund, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. Reservations canceled after the final payment is made will result in a refund of 25% of the reservation total, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. One change is permitted to be made to reservations prior to the final payment. All changes to reservations after the final payment are not permitted. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will result in no refunds.
