Bella Riva will be performing an exterior restoration project starting on October 31st, 2024. During this project, guests can expect noise from concrete repairs, which will be heard throughout the property. Balconies will be partially closed from December 12th to the middle of January 2025 and fully closed from February 24th to the end of March 2025. Additionally, the West beach access and pool will be closed from December 19th to the beginning of January 2025, and again from February 24th to the beginning of April 2025.
