The open-concept floor plan creates a seamless flow, making it easy for family and friends to relax together. The living area features a huge sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. Enjoy unforgettable beach views from the living spaces, balcony, and primary bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel Viking appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of prep space with a breakfast bar and island. Unwind after a day in the sun in the primary bedroom, which includes a king bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV. Great location. Beautifully decorated. The beach access was beautiful and a close walk to undeveloped areas of beach. The kitchen was well stocked, no issues cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The third bedroom is separated from the others, but no other complaints. I used the gym almost daily, a good variety of equipment.

Paradise by the sea

Wow, the pics on line don't do justice. From the moment we stepped in the space was just amazing. So spacious for a party for 8 with six teenage girls that need space and privacy to parents that required the same. Well decorated, kitchen everything, awesome appliances and a view of the perfectly colored waters trimmed by sugar white beach sands. Birds eye view of pool and hot tub a plus for trying to keep track of everyone. We are fairly well traveled and the space and place are top notch. on our list of places to return....love to be your neighbors some day!!

Outstanding Place To Stay

My wife and I took our two sons and their families to Florida for vacation. We had the privilege to stay in Bella Riva 109 and I say that with all honesty. This is a fabulous condo with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Our 3 granddaughters enjoyed the beach and the pool so much. The 6 adults enjoyed it too. Can't say anything negative about this condo. I highly recommend it to you if you want to stay in a great place right on the beach.

Great place right on the beach

The room was spacious and just as presented. It was beautiful! We had 5 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. The outside patio is large and directly over the pool which we loved. Would definitely recommend!

A little bit of Heaven

We were overwhelmed how nice and well equipped this condo was. The appliances were commercial grade and the gas stove had 6 burners for cooking. It also had it's own wine cooler which the ladies loved. The refrigerator was quite large, but the ice maker was slow to make ice. Two of the bedrooms say they have queen beds, but they seem more like full. The master bedroom was huge and the walk in shower with 3 spray heads was great. One draw back was the unit does sit right over the pool area and if it's crowded you will have noise from it. The balcony with it's own weber grill was outstanding with plenty of room for 8 to 10 people. We loved our stay and will come back again.
